DevBox Initially it was just a way to simplify our lives: deploy projects without Jenkins setup, without manually building images and without fussing with configs. We wanted to write code, not spend hours trying to get things to ‘work’.

First we built a minimal stack for internal use: Git, Docker, CI/CD, push deploy, staging. Then we started plugging in colleagues. Now we've decided to just leave it open source.

DevBox is not a ‘business solution’ or a replacement for a DevOps engineer. It's just a platform that already has everything you usually have to build manually. Nothing extra. No hidden logic. Only what you really need to make your project work
